My design process is thoughtful and well-rounded, covering key steps like research, user story development, wireframing, and prototyping. I’m passionate about creating designs that are accessible and easy to use, ensuring that everyone can interact with the product effectively. I hold a Master of Science in Information Studies (MSIS) with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction, and I’ve also completed additional training in accessibility for UX design through User Insight to further enhance my expertise.
I have hands-on experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative testing methods. This includes developing and executing testing plans within teams and using tools like User Testing and Qualtrics to gather meaningful feedback. I’m committed to applying user-centered design principles at every stage of the process, delivering solutions that are not only functional but also inclusive and impactful.
