Product: Customer Management Platform Redesign
Research: My research included a deep dive into the needs of the platform administrators. I performed user interviews with admins discussing issues with the current platform and user needs for the new updated platform.
Design: Since the visual design elements are minimal in this admin-facing software, I worked with the PM to iterate primarily on the layout and usability of the views. We focused on architecture to ensure the hierarchy of information aligned with the expected behavior for the admin user base.
