Research: In the research phase of this project, I compiled a report detailing digital transformation trends in the sales education industry, as well as the continuing education field on the whole

Design: I designed both the customer-facing sales education software and the admin-facing customer management software.

I worked closely with the project manager to create designs in Figma in accordance with product specifications. I also performed a comprehensive ADA audit to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards. I employed a screen reader, color contrast tools, and disability simulator software to analyze the product and determine necessary changes. I prioritized ADA-related changes for handoff to the development team.
